If you have not received our email or do not know what our reference number is, then click on the Find By Order Number button, and type in your order reference number you received after purchasing tickets for the event.

Everything you need to know about registering your vehicle hanger card.

Your order reference number can be found on the booking confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase. It will be labelled as Order Number and will look similar to 1745456465. If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.

A vehicle hanger card is a parking permit that is usually displayed on your vehicle's rear-view mirror during the event. It confirms your vehicle is registered and authorised to park at the designated car park. Although there is no requirement to hang anything from your rear view mirror you must register your vehicle registration number against your hanger card before the event.

No. If your vehicle changes before the event, simply get in contact with us and our admin team can do this.

If your vehicle is not registered prior to the event, you may be subject to a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). We strongly recommend registering your vehicle as soon as possible to avoid any issues on the day.

Yes, each hanger card must be registered to a specific vehicle registration number. When you search your order reference, all hanger cards associated with your order will be listed. Simply click Enter Details on each one and provide the corresponding vehicle registration.
